It is located in the apex of the  triangle drawn by the false ribs.
Beneath a winged red dragon with a spiked mane and four-clawed hooves faces the snake to the west.
Westropp described it as possessing a wolf’s head, lion's body, and eagle’s claws, and hints of wings.
